Summer Scrapping

I have had these pictures from past Cub games.
I came up with the idea to make the paper look like the jersey
and I had these great embellishments forever.
They finally all got together on one page!
Sarah and I enjoying the warm weather as we sailed out of Baltimore.
My friend brought me these page kits fromher latest cruise.
I had them togther in less than an hour.
Thanks Meg!

Name of the Game

Baseball seems to be the theme this month.
We had the opportunity to go see the Cubs play in DC.
It was a night game.  MUCH COOLER!

Matthew tried to get a picture of me with the president mascot.
But George wasn't to cooperative.
He finally gave in, but wasn't very happy about it.
CUBS WIN!

Summer Happenings

Not much has been happening this summer.
It has been so hot I have been hiding inside
the A/C.
Michael and I met my cousin for a baseball game at Camden Yards.
I haven't seen my cousin for 30 YEARS!
It was nice to meet his wife Deb and catch up
on everything that has been going on for the last three decades.
One weekend we went to Fort McHenry for a picnic.
We walked around the fort and
sat under a tree watching the boats sail by........
This tree caught my eye as we walked around the park.
I think it was the coloring of the bark that made this tree so interesting.

That's all for now.
